acKnowledge Digital Marketing is seeking an Account Supervisor to join our fast growing digital marketing agency. This position is based in New York City.

What You’ll Work On

Campaign Strategy
  • Proactively advise clients on digital strategy and trends
  • Ensure campaign planning and execution aligns with client objectives or best practices
  • Confirm that campaign performance reporting includes correct metrics and insight
  • Manage the ongoing planning and execution of clients’ campaigns
  • Ensure that the correct strategies and resources are utilized to deliver against goals
Client Management
  • Manage a range of clients in various industry verticals across digital media teams
  • Monitor and communicate performance trending towards client revenue / KPI goals
  • Produce monthly, quarterly and yearly performance reviews for clients
  • Schedule and lead weekly client status calls
  • Prepare key insights and summary performance for status calls
  • Respond to requests from clients and select vendors
  • Coordinate the successful onboarding of new clients
  • Troubleshoot client concerns and billing issues
  • Assist clients with the contract renewal process
  Analytical & Technical
  • Understanding of the roles that paid media channels play in the digital ecosystem
  • Proficient in marketing and analytics products, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Business Manager
  • Ability to analyze data and draw insightful findings grounded in metrics across media channels

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of professional work experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of digital agency experience in a senior role either in Client Services, Account Management, Project Management, or Strategy
  • Bachelor degree in a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to digest and interpret data
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Significant experience with cross-functional management and/or project management
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Proficiency in Keynote/Powerpoint
  • Excellent project management, campaign management, and planning skills
  • Great presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to clients’ communication styles
  • Ability to proactively recognize and address client needs
